Are children allowed?
We understand we have decided to get married when people are starting their families, tiny humans that still depend on their mommas are welcome but please notify us in advance.
Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Outside - Friday welcome drinks, Wedding ceremony (under tent), wedding reception, spit braai
Inside - Wedding breakfast, dancing
What can I expect from the ceremony?
An informal short and sweet ceremony, lets be honest we are all there for the party
Has transport been arranged to and from the venue?
We will be providing transport to and from the venue for all three days from Slanghoek Mountain resort which is where we recommend everyone stays, you can find out more on here.
What will the weather be like?
Temperatures should be around 23ºC but it’s not unusual for things to warm up to high 20s - low 30s.
Which airport is closest?
Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is the closest, about an hours drive from the venue.
Are there any local places you’d recommend I visit while I’m in town?
There is so much to do in Cape Town, if you are planning to make more of the trip here are a few ideas to get started; Table Mountain, Lions Head, Constantia Glen, The V&A Waterfront, any wine farm! We are happy to help with any advice planning your trip, just let us know.
